IS IT EASY TO GET TO?
Saundersfoot is in South Pembrokeshire about 3 miles from Tenby and is easy to get to.
By Road
From Kilgetty follow the A478 towards Tenby and then follow the signs to Saundersfoot.
By Bus
There are regular buses to Saundersfoot from Tenby, Haverfordwest, Pembroke Dock and Pendine. For time tables please refer to the PCC website. www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk
By Train
There trains about every 2 hours but the station is a 20 minute walk from the village – for details see Arriva Trains website www.arrivatrainswales.co.uk
WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I ARRIVE?
Saundersfoot is a hotspot tourist destination and is generally busy this time of year. Expect traffic on the roads and give yourself enough time to arrive in time for your session.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There is no official car park for this event. Here are your options for parking in Saundersfoot.
THE REGENCY HALL is in the centre of Sandersfoot. Drive round the one way system, go past the amusement arcade and turn left into the car park, where you will see the Hall on your right.

The Regency car park is pay and display, it has coach spaces, free parking for half an hour and disabled parking bays. £6 per day and there is no charge between 5pm and 9am. It is a short 5 minute walk to the event site on Harbour side.
THE HARBOUR CAR PARK situated directly on the beach frontage, the Harbour car park is ideally located to access the event site.
Open: 24hrs a day
Suitable for: Cars, vans & motorbikes and has Accessible parking bays.
Accept payment via: Cash, Debit/Credit Card and Contactless.
N.B. Camping overnight in vehicles is prohibited in all areas of the harbour.

HOW DO THE SESSIONS WORK?
We run the event in sessions. Each session is four hours long and run back to back. Your ticket is valid for your session time only. Your session time will correlate to the time on the ticket. If you want to stay longer you can purchase multiple sessions or even let us know on the day that you need more time and we can try to fit you into the next session.
IS IT DOG FRIENDLY ?
Dogs are welcome on all sessions but, at a limited capacity. It is essential to book a free dog pass online and adhere to the following requirements.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times
Not everyone likes dogs so only well behaved dogs welcome
Bring your poop bags and make sure it’s binned
If your dog(s) behaviour is unruly or dangerous to other dogs or customers you may be asked to leave at the discretion of the events team.
We reserve the right to turn dogs away at any time if we believe they are at risk of causing stress, anxiety or danger to themselves, other dogs or people on the day.
IT’S RAINING WILL THE EVENT STILL BE RUNNING ?
We open come rain or shine. We are an outdoor venue so we strongly advise dressing appropriately for the weather. “There's no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothing.”
CAN YOU BUY A TICKET ON THE DOOR?
It is strongly advised that you buy your ticket in advance as most of our sessions run at full capacity. However, we do take walk-ins and always do our best to squeeze you if we can. We cannot guarantee entry if you haven't pre bought a ticket.
DO YOU GIVE TICKET REFUNDS?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets.
WE’RE GOING TO BE EARLY / LATE - WHAT SHALL WE DO?
If you turn up early we may be able to but can't guarantee entry - this depends on our capacity at the time you turn up. If you are running late don’t worry - as long as you arrive within your session time you will be allowed onsite.
CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK ONCE I AM IN THE EVENT?
We operate a no re-entry policy. Make sure you have everything you need for your session time.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ?
We are a cashless event and we advise that you bring a card as well as a phone just in case you run out of battery. The traders are contracted not to take cash so we ask that you respect the events terms and conditions and be ready with your card.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK ONSITE?
We are a food and drink event! Strictly no food, drinks or alcohol to be brought onsite.
HOW DO WE ORDER FOOD AND DRINK ?
Food and drink is ordered directly from the trader.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME ?
We are a family friendly event and children are very welcome to all sessions. Children must be accompanied by an adult supervised at all times.
DO I NEED TO BUY AN ADULT TICKET FOR A TEENAGER?
You will need to buy an adult ticket for anyone over the age of 16 years.
IS THE EVENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes the event is accessible.
