Pasta a mano

A Pop-Up pastaria from Cardigan that has quickly gained a cult following for offering authentic Italian Street Food in Wales. A business born on the back of a work trip at Osteria Fratelli Pavesi in Piacenza; Pasta A Mano is made up of Derw and Jack, this duo know alot about good food. Jack completed his masters degree in the University Sciences in Pollenzo and experienced food traditions and flavours first hand. Expect total deliciousness with every mouthful.
