An award-winning wood-fired pizzeria, recognized as one of the top 3 best pizzas in the UK and a finalist of the National Pizza Awards. We pride ourselves on being an innovative pizzeria that uses the best ingredients, including locally sourced produce.

Our dough is a blend of high-grade Tipo 00 flour from Naples, mineral salts from the Himalayas, premium award-winning olive oil from Picual olives in Spain, and a touch of organic honey for sweetness. These ingredients are left to ferment for 72 hours before our dough is ready to go.
