Origin Pizza
Just a couple of guys and gals sharing a passion for wood fired pizza using local produce and traveling the UK in their trailer ‘Sam’ and a converted Landy ‘Liz’. “Liz (with a pizza oven built in) has served pizzas in some hard to get to places” says Bea, "from weddings at the top of the Welsh mountains to a festival in the woods, through muddy fields and across streams. What's cooking?
Our signature dish isn't exactly one dish, we believe our signature is our dough. We create a small batch, hand balled dough, that we then hand stretch. We use traditional methods to create a Naples style pizza with a thin base and fluffy, leopard spotted crusts. But don't just take our word for It - check the reviews on Google!
