Chris Hardie might have the smallest sandwich shop in Wales (“the vibe and interior is a crappy New York deli with loud music and a gallery of artwork”) but he’s not lacking in the confidence department. “We feel our submitted dish is the very best - not only in Wales but the whole of the UK. The amount of feedback from customers who come back just to tell us the brisket bun sandwich was the best sandwich they’ve eaten in their life should be shared to a wider audience.”

The Beef Brisket bun is a 16-hour smoked Texas style beef brisket with burnt cheddar cheese, our in-house apple BBQ sauce and pickled red chillies in a toasted potato bun.
