High Steaks
High Steaks use the very best local ingredients alongside inspiration from years of travel and research to create uniquely delicious steak sandwiches. All of the beef they use is sourced from pasture fed herds which have been reared on the wind and rain-swept fields of the south west.
They only ever use their favourite cuts (featherblade, rib eye or onglet) which they cut into wafer thin “philly style” layers and serve with their famous chimichurri for a seriously quick cooking, easy eating, melt in the mouth experience delivered with bags of theatre!
